All of the items available in our Official CheekyChugs store are made to order, we do not hold any stock. We aim to produce either the same, or the next business day depending on the time of year and demand. Each item is illustrated, designed, printed and handmade in our studio in the heart of Cheshire in the United Kingdom. Shipping time varies depending on where the order is going to & how sorting offices are coping but we ship from all of our items through the Royal Mail Tracked services. Customers in the UK should expect their order within 1-3 days after you've received your shipped notification on Etsy.

Here at CheekyChugs, we only use the best mugs on the market for our designs, over the years we have tried many mugs available and now we go with the most expensive ones as customers love them. Each mug is 11oz with large handle and is dishwasher and microwave safe up to 800 cycles. All of our mugs are shipped from us in Cheshire, and are shipped in their own smash-proof boxes.

We will try and accommodate a number of requests outside of peak periods during the year if we can, but afraid due to copyright law, we will not be producing anything with Little Miss on, sorry. If you would like to change the wording to something else then do feel free to contact us to see if that is possible :)

Everyone loves getting a bargain, and why not! Can I have a discount is the question that the official CheekyChugs website gets asked the most. We think that our items are competitively priced, in which we try to keep them as low as possible and pass the discounts on to you as a customer. We can offer a discount of 25% off all mugs if you are ordering 10 or more, this can be the same design or a mixture of any. If you are looking to order 10 or more then do get in contact for a special custom discount code just for you!

We get asked this question a lot in regards to CheekyChugs products. We are afraid that our small family business is exclusive to our own website & available on Etsy UK and we would like to keep it like that going forward - Thus we do not offer our products on wholesale or for sale elsewhere. If you see our hand-drawn, tablet-drawn or parody drawings elsewhere then these are not ours & we would welcome you reporting it to us.

The hand-drawn, tablet-drawn & parody artworks shown are all created by the CheekyChugs team, that are for exclusive products that are only available on Etsy UK via the CheekyChugs store, we do not sell our illustrations anywhere else other than here. Our MR and MS parody custom drawings and illustrations are inspired by the penned drawings of the late Roger Hargreaves who sadly passed away in 1988, leaving behind a fantastic legacy that both adults & children have enjoyed for years.
